The Country Walk Resale Assurance Program

How does it work? It’s simple.

Our Resale Assurance Program allows you to cancel your new home purchase if your present home does not sell within 90 days of signing your new home contract. No questions asked. Your deposit will promptly be refunded in full.

But more likely, you’ll ever end up in that position.

Once you agree to purchase your home and apply for the Resale Assurance Program, an independent licensed professional appraiser will tell you what your home is realistically worth in today’s market, helping you to price it to sell. You’ll pay the cost of the appraisal when you sign your new home agreement, and Country Walk will reimburse you in full at the closing. After appraisal, your current home will be listed with a real estate broker of your choice who is knowledgeable about your local area, and it will be marketed under a plan that has proven successful for thousands of homebuyers just like you.
